For faster approval of your corporate name
Use of this form is voluntary. Information that you provide will be used by Corporations Canada for the sole purpose of making a decision regarding your proposed corporate name. Any personal information submitted is protected under the provisions of the Privacy Act and will be stored in Personal Information Bank number IC-PPU-049.
Often, Corporations Canada must reject a proposed corporate name simply because we don't have enough information. To avoid this, you should complete this form so we can make a decision about your corporate name quickly.
