Reg. 27. For the purpose of paragraph 12(1)(a) of the Act, a corporate name is prohibited if it contams a word or phrase, or connotes a business, that is obscene.
Because a contravention of this nature arises so rarely, Corporations Canada has no guidance to offer here.
