Corporations Canada helps Canadians incorporate businesses, not-for-profit corporations and other corporate entities according to Canada's laws and regulations.
Online submissions for amendments and pre-approval of names WILL NOT be available from March 11 at noon, to March 22. All other online submissions, such as incorporations and certificates of compliance, WILL NOT be available from Noon on March 17.
Note, however, that paper submissions will continue to be accepted during this period, and that all online services will be available once again on March 22.
